A Better Version Of Yourself

According to the Oxford English dictionary the word version means a specific form or variation of something. Bringing "better" into consideration a "better version" entails being an improved variation of something.

Jackie Cantonie once said "choose to be the beautiful, unique you and not compare yourself with others. Stay in your lane and replace competitive energy with a picture of success for you".

 In doing these, you will discover a better version of yourself is within you and not distinct.

 You need to have the mindset that you're unique regardless of your efficiencies. When you discover your best version ,you can showcase your uniqueness by not comparing yourself to others.

A basketball superstar will always beat a golf champion in a basketball game and vice Versa. 

An artist will produce better paintings compared to a mechanic. In contrast, when fixing a car or an automobile the abilities of the mechanic can not be compared to that of the artist.

A unique and better version entails doing what you love and becoming what you love. When you concentrate on doing what you love and improving on it consistently, in no time you would be a better version.

Now the question is how do you achieve this goal?

The first step is ; Thinking positively:

 Your thoughts have a great effect on your daily activities, thinking positively brings about positive activities/actions. On the other hand, Negative thinking brings the direct opposite of the aforementioned.

When you wake up every morning with positive thoughts on your day ahead, your work, your behaviour and the rest activities of your day would be positive, hence splendid.

 The second step is loving and believing in yourself:

In your quest to become a better version, you might make wrong choices in certain situations; this is because no one is perfect but your reaction afterwards determines your success. Love yourself and believe in yourself saying: "I'm not perfect but I'm unique" the more you strive and continue believing in yourself; the better it would be.

If circumstances make you quit, that's when you've failed. But the moment you stand up and tell yourself "I'm never giving up" , you would succeed.

The final step is being yourself:

Before you become a better version of yourself, it is important you be yourself.

In being a better version, you must do what you love and improve on the minor things that keeps you going.

Just like the great Albert Einstein has said set your goals, accept your limits, and boom! you will go beyond them.

Being a better version is not a day's job, but improving daily will make it seem like one.
